June 1, 2024 Vallejo, CA – The Vallejo Sister City Association recently took part in the Vallejo Pista sa Nayon Festival, commemorating the 126th anniversary of Philippine Independence. The event, which draws thousands of guests each year, provided a platform for the association to celebrate its strong cultural ties with Baguio City, Philippines.
May 22, 2024, Ensenada, Mexico – In a significant move to strengthen ties of friendship and binational cooperation, Mayor Carlos Ibarra Aguiar of Ensenada and Mayor Robert H. McConnell of Vallejo, California, officially signed a sister city agreement between our respective cities. The signing ceremony took place in the Benito Juarez Garcia Hall of the Municipal House, with officials and community members in attendance.
