Along with 10 other sister cities across the United States, the Vallejo Sister City Association & Commission will be visiting Baguio City, PHILIPPINES from February 21, 2025 up to February 24, 2025 for Panagbenga, The Baguio City Flower Festival.  Panagbenga is an annual flower festival celebrated every February which takes place in Baguio City, Philippines.  The term “Panagbenga” comes from a Kananaey term meaning “season of blooming”.  This festival reflects the history, traditions, and values of Baguio and the Cordilleras.  It lasts over a month long and it flourishes through community spirit involvement.
