Dear Friends, 

Warm greetings from the Vallejo Sister City Association! We hope this message finds you well  and in great spirits as we begin a promising new year. Your ongoing support and dedication have  been instrumental in fostering meaningful international relationships and cultural exchanges, and  for that, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. 

We are excited to invite you to our Annual Membership Meeting, scheduled to take place on  Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 12:00 PM, at JFK Library, Joseph Room, located at 505 Santa Clara Street,  Vallejo, CA 94590.  This annual gathering serves as a wonderful opportunity to  connect with fellow members, celebrate our achievements, and explore the exciting programs and  activities we have planned for the upcoming year. 

During the meeting, we will: 

• Provide updates on our sister city relationships with La Spezia, ITALY; Akashi, JAPAN;  Jincheon, SOUTH KOREA; Baguio City, PHILIPPINES; Trondheim, NORWAY; Bagamoyo, TANZANIA; and our newest sister city relationship established in 2024 – Ensenada, MEXICO.
• Highlight our cultural exchange programs, educational initiatives, and community outreach  efforts. 
• Share plans for 2025 and other upcoming international activities. 
• Reflect on our accomplishments, including the success of last year’s Annual International  Dinner and Auction which was themed to celebrate La Spezia ITALY. 

Your ideas and enthusiasm are critical to our mission of fostering international understanding and  friendship. This meeting will also provide an opportunity to discuss ways you can get involved in  our activities, whether through volunteer opportunities, committee participation, or event planning. 

We deeply value your membership and commitment to our mission, and we hope you will join us  for this important meeting. Together, we can continue building bridges across cultures and making  a positive impact in our community and beyond. 

If you have not yet paid your dues, whether you were. a member/board member in 2024, you are requested to fill out such membership forms (click to access membership form), with any updated information such as a changed email or phone number.  Payment of annual dues may be accepted online, or by check payable to VSCA or Vallejo Sister City Association.
